"I have been training in Tae Kwon-Do for over 12 years and I have been to a number of different clubs, schools and associations during this time. But I have never felt so welcome as I do at Malvern, it's a great atmosphere, a great way of learning new skills, keeping fit and making new friends ". - Tanya Langely, Age 22.

"I used to watch my little brother and desperately wanted to join in, as it looked so much fun, but Dad said it wasn't "the sort of thing that a girl should do", so I watched and helped Haris with his training, mainly by being his target! - I like Tae Kwon-Do because there are lots of different grades and everyone is extremely friendly. Tae Kwon-Do makes me feel good and keeps me fit. I especially love the kicks, and I enjoy competing against girls my own age". - Georgia Roussos, Age 13.

"Getting involved in Martial Arts gave me great satisfaction. Malvern Tae Kwon-Do has given me confidence, good exercise, 'time out' watching my children develop and learn new skills, it is also a great stress buster and at Malvern they really encourage families to get involved in a safe, friendly and dedicated club". - Jonathan Smith, Age 41.

"I have been training for 1 year. My dad is one of my teachers at Malvern. I enjoy Tae Kwon Do because it gets me fit and I meet other people my age. Everyone is friendly and they help me to do the moves. Mr Phillips is my other teacher and he is always nice to me. I enjoy the kicking most of all and the exercises. My dad sometimes teaches me and he is good at kicking. I want to be a black belt like my dad one day". - Bradley Summers, Age 6.

"I used to watch my children doing the session, and after a few visits plucked up the encouraged and joined in on the warm up, since then I have never looked back. I hadn't done any form of exercise for years and was pretty embarrassed but I surprised myself, it takes me a while to learn the patterns as I seem to forget them as soon as I walk out of the gym, and my technique leaves and lot to be desired! but it is so much fun I would recommend anyone having a go. My aim is to improve my fitness and keep the middle aged spread at bay!". - Lindsey Newell, Age 42.

"I always wanted to try a martial Art. When my previous instructor started his school in Welland I was his first pupil and I loved it and couldn't wait for the next lesson. I found something I could do and my mum says it gave me great confidence. My school teacher just couldn't believe the difference in me and my school work really improved". - Haris Roussos, Age 12.
